Job Description 1. Responsible to liaise with customer, internal teams and sub-suppliers at NPI and HVM stages for process / product qualification, engineering change, customer audit, customer quality issue resolution, ensuring produced parts meeting specification and fit for assembly. 2. Able to lead independently through 8D problem solving, applicable to both New & HVM programs with cross-functional team to address quality escalation. 3. Work closely with customer and internal cross functional teams to deliver successful program introduction and technical requirements (DFM, RFQ, DRBFM, FMEA+, FAI, Program Schedule, etc). 4. Prepare relevant quality reports for customer and management review at regular basis. 5. Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor. Job Requirements 1. Bachelor degree in Science or Engineering discipline. 2. Experience in customer communication or project management. 3. Technically competent and knowledgeable in data analysis, GR&R, SPC, geometry, quality plan, and problem solving tools. 4. Good in communication, interpersonal skill, negotiation, and presentation. 5. Extrovert, team player, self-starter and proactive. 6. Added advantages with product process knowledge in metal stamping and plastic injection. 7. Applicant will be offered higher position if equipped with many relevant years of working experience. 8.
