Here are the responsibilities: -Prior experience in managing and resolving clients’ issues and inquiries in a professional manner. -Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from clients, providing information and assistance as needed. -Provide timely reminders and confirmations to participants regarding scheduled appointments or events. -Maintain client records and databases, updating information accurately and confidentially. -Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, identifying areas for improvement. -Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management. Desired skills & requirements: -Important - At least 1-2 years of experience in Customer Services/ Administration/ or any related industry. -Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Customer Service/ Hotel Management/ Business Administration or any related field. -Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. -Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. -Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. -Excellent organizational and time management abilities. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
