Job Overview:
We are travel agency company named Mood Travel. As a Tour Consultant, you will assists clients in planning and booking customized travel experiences. This includes offering personalized travel advice, creating itineraries, handling bookings, and providing excellent customer service. Your strong attention to detail skills will ensure a seamless travel experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Understand clients' needs and offer tailored travel recommendations.
- Bookings: Arrange flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel services.
- Customer Support: Provide assistance before, during, and after the trip, resolving any issues.
- Sales: Promote and sell travel packages, meeting sales targets.
- Admin: Maintain accurate client records and handle booking documentation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in travel sales or customer service.
- Knowledge of travel destinations and booking systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for travel and helping clients plan memorable trips.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
