Location: Kenwingston Business Centre, Cyberjaya.
Kitchen Crew Responsibilities:-
- Assist with food preparation and cooking with hot kitchen team.
- Washing, chopping, shredding, and grating ingredients for subsequent use by the Chef.
- Prioritise health, safety and food hygiene by cleaning all dishes, work stations, cooking equipments, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Assisting with the unloading of deliveries.
- Storing ingredients according to prescribed food safety regulations.
- Ensure that customer orders are prepared in a timely manner.
- Be prepared for extended working hours.
- Cleaning trash cans and disposing refuse on a regular basis.
*Other duties assigned by Manager.
Kitchen Crew Requirements:-
- Must be a Malaysian or holding Permanent Resident in Malaysia.
- High school, Diploma or equivalent.
- Interns are welcome to join us and to start your career growth.
- Must possess own transport.
- Able to speak fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English (advanced/intermediate).
- Thorough knowledge of food safety procedures.
