F&B Purchasing Executive

Job Description:

• Manage procurement of food and beverage items, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and establish long-term partnerships.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with teams to forecast demand.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, health, and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier agreements.
• Manage budgets and control costs effectively.
• Stay updated on market trends and supplier developments to enhance procurement strategies.
• Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, or supplier performance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in purchasing, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of F&B products, market trends, and supplier networks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
