Generate, managing and issuing Purchase Orders (PO) based on procurement needs.
Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
Maintaining and updating supplier information and maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
Work with accounts payable to make sure information is accurate prior to entering into the accounting system.
Assist with receiving, counting, and stocking physical inventory in the warehouse.
Regularly inspect tools to ensure they are in good working condition and safe to use. Arrange for repairs or replacements as necessary.
Monitoring inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks and managing stock replenishment to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
Inspect items to ensure they are not damaged or faulty and adjust inventory accordingly.
Coordinating the logistics of incoming and outgoing product including scheduling deliveries, arranging transportation and managing documentation.
Conduct regular inspections of company vehicles and keep track of all tools and equipment stored in company vehicles and ensure availability when needed.
