What you'll be doing:
1. Attend general administrative tasks including filing, claims, quotation, invoice and processes new sales leads as necessary.
2. Assist in client communication, including follow-ups on quotations, order status, and delivery schedules.
3. Assist sales and marketing plans, new product launches, exhibitions and deliver product briefings as assigned.
4. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and preparing sales reports.
5. Assist in tracking inventory levels and coordinating with the production team to ensure product availability for customer orders.
What we're looking for:
1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in any related field.
2. Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role and SQL Software proficiency are preferred.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Can start work immediately.
