RESPONSIBILITIES ACCOUNT ASSISTANT
1. To plan, coordinate and supervise in day-to-day transactions to ensure timely update into the system for reporting purposes.
2. Prepare & issue payment vouchers, cheque payment, TT, Bank Draft, BG, LC, TR etc.
3. Monitor supplier aging balance, issue Purchase Order to supplier.
4. Ensure urgent payments are completed & record all verified purchase invoices.
5. Monitor operational accounts. (Prepayment, Accrual, Fixed Asset, Inter-Company, Loan, Deposits etc.).
6. Prepare a full set of accounts including general ledger, balance sheet, profit or loss, and ensure the accounts are prepared accurately and timely for reporting to the top management.
7. Prepare monthly journal entries & management reports that are in line with company accounting policies and relevant accounting standards.
8. Maintain necessary proper filing & documentation.
9. Liaise with Auditor & Tax agent for the financial year end audit account & Tax computation. Check AJE (Adjusting Journal Entry).
10. Liaise with Banker for the yearly reviews, Term Loan, or any financial purposes applications.
11. Assist in any other projects and ad-hoc assignments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
