We are seeking a motivated and experienced Video Wall Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of video wall solutions, including LED, LCD, and projection systems, and a proven track record in sales within the AV or IT industry. This role involves identifying client needs, providing customized solutions, and building long-term relationships to drive sales and revenue growth. As a Video Wall Sales Specialist, you will work closely with our technical team to ensure successful project implementation and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for video wall solutions, expanding the customer base in various sectors (e.g., corporate, retail, entertainment, government).
- Consultative Selling: Engage with clients to understand their requirements, present tailored video wall solutions, and demonstrate product value.
- Technical Knowledge: Leverage knowledge of video wall technology, hardware, and software to effectively communicate system capabilities and options to clients.
- Proposal Development: Develop and present customized proposals, quotes, and sales presentations to potential clients.
- Collaboration with Technical Team: Work with engineers and installation teams to ensure seamless integration and installation of video wall systems, addressing any client concerns.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Sales Reporting: Track sales activities, manage CRM data, and report on sales performance to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in AV/IT sales, with a focus on video wall solutions or related products.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with video wall technology, including LED, LCD, projection, video processors, and control software.
- Understanding of AV and IT network integration to consult on connectivity and installation requirements.
- Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information in a client-friendly manner.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, client-focused, and goal-oriented.

- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive AV/IT market.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a keen interest in video wall and digital signage technology.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
