Job Responsibilities:

What you'll be doing

  • Handling incoming customer enquiries and requests related to product warranties
  • Processing warranty claims and returns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all warranty-related activities
  • Prepare and submit warranty reports as needed.
  • Collaborating with the technical & warehouse delivery team to facilitate warranty repairs and replacements within stipulated time frame.
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Assisting with other administrative & operation tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Experience in a similar warranty or customer support role, preferably in the retail or technology sectors
  • Good understanding of warranty policies and procedures
  • Proficient in using relevant software and computer systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,281.46 - RM4,420.41 per month
