Job Responsibilities:
What you'll be doing
- Handling incoming customer enquiries and requests related to product warranties
- Processing warranty claims and returns in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all warranty-related activities
- Prepare and submit warranty reports as needed.
- Collaborating with the technical & warehouse delivery team to facilitate warranty repairs and replacements within stipulated time frame.
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Assisting with other administrative & operation tasks as required
What we're looking for
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Experience in a similar warranty or customer support role, preferably in the retail or technology sectors
- Good understanding of warranty policies and procedures
- Proficient in using relevant software and computer systems
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,281.46 - RM4,420.41 per month
