- Responsible for performing all operations in Production.
- Ensure production daily output targets are met in terms of quality, productivity, yield, and deadlines.
- Able to perform repetitive tasks while multi-tasking in a fast pace working environment.
- Adhere to equipment/processes in accordance with specifications and expectations.
- Able to inspect own work to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality.
- Able to work with minimal supervision; adhere to company ethics, conduct, and safety policies at all times.
- Performs general housekeeping and 5S duties to provide a safe working environment.
- Able to work overtime whenever required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Able to understand basic Bahasa Malaysia and/or English
- Basic math and basic computer skills
- Able to follow instructions/assignment from Lead Operator/Line Leader
