QC cum Assembler

Quality Control: 1. Inspect, test or measure materials or products using rulers, calliper, gauges or any suitable instruments that being produced by production team according to drawing specification. 2. Inspects and approves incoming and outgoing materials or goods by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials. 3. Check the assembly or final product adheres to standard and procedure. 4. Prepare quality report and other related documentation. Recommend improvement measures to the production process or liase with supplier to ensure quality control standard are met. 5. Guide the production team about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of the product 6. Reporting inspection and testing data to superior if needed. 7. Monitoring and maintaining inventory stock and keep update from time to time. 8. Track stocks of factory/office supplies and place orders when necessary. 9. Responsible for checking, packing and delivery of the products to client. 10. Responsible to dispatch out and collect any materials or products from various collection. 11. Liase with supplier for material order/ pick-up/ delivery. 12. Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, and complying with legal regulations.
