Position Overview: Moby is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Quality Assurance (QA) team. As a QA Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in ensuring the quality and reliability of our fintech platform. This role provides an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to learn and contribute to the testing and improvement of our digital products. You will work closely with our development and product teams to identify and resolve issues, ensuring that our customers enjoy a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing manual and automated tests to verify product functionality and performance.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs or issues within our web and mobile applications.
  • Work alongside QA Engineers and developers to troubleshoot and resolve system discrepancies.
  • Support the testing process during various stages of the software development lifecycle, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
  • Review system specifications and requirements to help develop detailed test cases.
  • Contribute to improving testing processes and suggesting ways to enhance product quality.
  • Ensure adherence to security, usability, and accessibility standards during testing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field such as Information Technology(IT), Software Engineering, or a similar fields. This foundational knowledge is crucial for understanding software development processes, testing methodologies, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of software testing methodologies (manual and automated testing knowledge is a plus).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Selenium, or other testing platforms is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic about learning and growing in the fintech industry.
