· Office Administration: Support general office administration tasks, including filing, organizing records, and managing office supplies. Assist Account department and handle Admin work.
· Maintenance Coordination: Report and follow up on office maintenance needs, coordinating with vendors for repairs and ensuring timely resolutions.
· Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure office spaces meet health and safety standards, conducting routine inspections and documenting findings.
· Data Entry & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records for both office inventories, occupancy, maintenance logs, and other relevant documents.
Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with other office software.
- Professional Attitude: A positive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Able to work in Segamat, Kuantan.

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
