  • To understand and execute the whole process of incoming order until the completion of delivery.
  • To maintain Warehouse Physical Inventory on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • To possess sound knowledge in stock count/recording.
  • Providing general administrative support & basic duties, including data entry, word processing and other clerical duties.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices, preparation of reports, and other documents such as expense reports, and reimbursement.
  • Manage filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional, timely, and courteous manner.
  • To check handheld invoices, goods received notes, voided bills, and receipts daily to ensure correct transactions and no discrepancies occurred.
  • Any other tasks as instructed by your supervisor from time to time to support the wider team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Experience in SQL systems.
  • Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Minimum SPM holder.
  • Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Preferably Mandarin-speaking candidates.
  • At least 1 year’s working experience in related field.
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Mature personality and able to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels.
