- Monitor and oversee daily operations of the facility during assigned shifts.
- Respond swiftly to any incidents or issues, including safety or maintenance concerns, coordinating with relevant departments as needed.
- Ensure adherence to established safety protocols and emergency procedures at all times.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility, identifying and reporting maintenance needs or hazards.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and security teams to ensure a high standard of cleanliness, safety and functionality.
- Act as the main point of contact for tenants, vendors and visitors & addressing inquiries and providing assistance.
- Maintain detailed logs and reports of all incidents, maintenance requests and other relevant activities.
- Assist in implementing and monitoring energy-saving initiatives within the facility.
- Provide guidance and support to on-site staff, ensuring service standards are met.
- Report major issues or incidents to senior management in a timely and accurate manner.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Facility Management, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the facilities management or related industry.
- Basic knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Certification in safety or emergency management is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
