  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

    Key Responsibilities

    Market Research

    • Conduct research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance product offerings.

      Product Development

      • Gather and document product requirements from stakeholders.
      • Contribute to the development of product strategies and assist in product launches.
      • Support the creation of sales presentation slides and product documentation.

        Collaboration

        • Assist in coordinating product-related activities across departments.

          Product Performance

          • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
          • Prepare reports on product performance for internal stakeholders.

            Stakeholder Communication

            • Communicate product updates to team members, senior management, and external partners.
            • Ensure alignment between all stakeholders regarding product goals and timelines.

              Customer Engagement

              • Collect and analyze customer feedback to guide product development and enhancements.
              • Upload and manage product listings on the company website.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant internships.
  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin.
  • Strong understanding of product, market, and customer dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with product management tools is a plus.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
