o Plan and monitor daily warehouse operations, eg: inbounding/outbounding

o Coordinate loading and unloading of trucks

o Pick and pack items in warehouse

o Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Project Management and Fleet Operation to ensure smooth warehouse operation

o Complete and maintain paperwork required for inbound and outbound materials

o Keep the warehouse area safe, clean and organized throughout regular inspections

Job Requirement & Skills

o Candidates must possess at least SPM/Diploma in any field

o 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position

o Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply

o Basic knowledge of warehouse work procedures and processes

o Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English

o Good coordination and organizational skills

o Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Office application and Email

o Ability to work as a team player

o Ability to work extra hours if necessary (OT provided)

o Ability to solve problems and interact with personnel of various departments

o Ability to drive Forklift/Reachtruck.

o Applicants must be willing to work in USJ 1, Subang Jaya

o Added advantage if you can join immediately

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
