Job Purpose
The Brand Executive is responsible for supporting the development and execution of brand strategies and marketing campaigns. This role involves managing brand initiatives, coordinating marketing activities, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The Brand Executive will work closely with various teams to enhance brand presence, engage target audiences, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategies and plans.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed consistently across all marketing materials and communications.
- Marketing Campaigns:
- Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaign objectives on time and within budget.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Analyze research data to provide insights and recommendations for brand positioning and strategy.
- Content Creation:
- Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for various channels, including websites, social media, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop brand messaging and visual elements.
- Event Coordination:
- Support the planning and execution of brand events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Ensure event logistics are managed effectively and brand representation is consistent.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
- Address any brand-related inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
- Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular reports on brand performance, campaign results, and market trends to management.
- Use data to drive strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors'/Masters’ Degree in Business or Marketing
- Additional trade marketing, digital marketing, new product developments and/or cross-functional experience is an advantage.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the FMCG, beauty / skincare industry
- Prior experience in marketing/brand building experience will be an advantage
- Excellent organization skills, with the ability to prioritize
- Track record of result delivery
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
