Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Management: Develop, manage, and execute sales project plans, timelines, and deliverables to support sales goals and objectives.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to define and implement strategies that enhance market presence and increase sales.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and finance, to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze sales trends to identify new opportunities, target markets, and competitive positioning.
  • Resource Allocation: Ensure resources are allocated efficiently to maximize productivity and achieve project objectives.
  • Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective project delivery.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs to track the effectiveness of sales initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on project status, sales performance, and any potential risks or issues to the Sales Director.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in sales or a similar role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and client engagement.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of sales and marketing metrics.
  • Proficiency in CRM and project management software.
  • Leadership abilities with a proactive and goal-oriented approach.
