Quantity Surveyor (QS) Sungai Petani Kedah

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for all aspect of the purchasing function including sourcing, selecting and negotiating with suppliers and sub-contractors
• To get quotation, issuing PO, follow up deliveries, filling and data entry for all the purchasing documentations
• Taking off quantity, controlling ,ordering, recording and monitor of material
• Coordinate with project team in administering contractual matters such as variation order, extension of time , loss and expenses, project cost control etc

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess at least Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ experience in Quantity Surveyor works
• Good interpersonal skill and able to work independent
• Initiative and ability to meet tight reporting deadlines in the challenging environment
• Possess own transport
• High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
• Preferably those can start work immediately
• Pleasant personality, open-minded and fast learner
• Computer literate MS Office Excel and Word
