Job Descriptions

Payroll

  • Process monthly payroll for 300 headcounts by using payroll software accurately and on time.
  • Check on employee daily attendance, overtime, claim, leave, sick leave and replacement leave, medical claim, commission and incentive in payroll system.
  • Prepare monthly staff movement & tracker for new staff, resigned staff, transfer and confirmation staff.
  • Experience in calculation and processing of termination payments.
  • Prepare payroll payout summary and generate variance report for payroll month comparison.
  • Updating and maintaining payroll records and E- personal file with the updated documents in an orderly manner.
  • Perform online bank fund transfer.
  • Liaise and respond directly to staff, management and auditors on payroll related queries.
  • Prepare and ensure timely submission of all relevant statutory reports such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, HRD Corp, ASNB, Tabung Haji and PTPTN.
  • Prepare yearly EA Form and E form
  • Monitor staff contract, hybrid work arrangement, work from home contract and post-retirement contract.
  • Conduct yearly performance appraisal review and familiar with bonus processing.
  • Perform year end rollover (leave, attendance system, public holiday, new tax table)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years’ experience in HR management and administrative functions
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Ensure that everything is completed with care and precision
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Selected applicant will work in Wisma Pelangi, Bangi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
