We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources department and support our company's growth trajectory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR including recruitment, payroll, training, conflict management, problem-solving, and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates and onboarding new hires.
- Administer payroll and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
- Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Maintain HR records and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
- Monthly Payroll process and payment
- Assist the HR manager on the daily task.
- Drafting email and letter
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
