Key Duties:

  • Engage with guests, collect feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor staffing levels to meet operational and financial targets.
  • Ensure the team has the resources they need, from uniforms to equipment.
  • Empower staff to deliver excellent service while addressing questions and concerns.
  • Resolve guest issues, escalating as needed.
  • Lead by example, uphold standards, and ensure performance aligns with expectations.
  • Conduct staff training, handle scheduling, and maintain all essential reports.
  • Support daily shift operations and manage restaurant standards in the absence of the Outlet Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Experience:

  • Japanese: 3 years (Required)
