Key Duties:
- Engage with guests, collect feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor staffing levels to meet operational and financial targets.
- Ensure the team has the resources they need, from uniforms to equipment.
- Empower staff to deliver excellent service while addressing questions and concerns.
- Resolve guest issues, escalating as needed.
- Lead by example, uphold standards, and ensure performance aligns with expectations.
- Conduct staff training, handle scheduling, and maintain all essential reports.
- Support daily shift operations and manage restaurant standards in the absence of the Outlet Manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
