JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Prior working experience in the call service industry will be an added advantage.
- Good problem solving skills and ability to perform under a high paced working environment.
- Age Group: 18-55 years old.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Handling all inbound calls and live chat pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other raising issues related to the company's products.
- To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service and accurate information.
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
- Report on customer feedback and complete call logs and reports.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
