Key Responsibilities:
•
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B sector, focusing on companies with sustainability initiatives.
•
implement strategic business plans to increase market share and client engagement in sectors such as retail, e-commerce, and FMCG.
•
Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in potential client companies.
•
Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored logistics solutions that align with client needs and sustainability goals.
•
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed of industry trends and opportunities.
•
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business pitches to prospective clients.
•
Track and report on sales performance and ensure that business targets are met or exceeded.
•
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and meetings to showcase our sustainable solutions.
•
Provide insights and feedback to help shape future product and service offerings based on client demands.
Requirements:
•
Proven experience (2 to 5 years) in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in the logistics, E-commerce, FMCG sectors
•
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, particularly in logistics and last-mile delivery.
•
Passionate about sustainability with a desire to work in a company that drives positive environmental change.
•
Good track record in on-boarding international clients.
•
Experience managing premium clients
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
