Key Responsibilities

Monetization Strategy

  • Develop and execute effective monetization strategies to maximize revenue for our TikTok Shop marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) across all platforms, including TikTok Shop.

Ad Revenue Optimization

  • Optimize ad placements, pricing models, and other revenue-generating factors within campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that monetization strategies align with Catwalk Malaysia's overall business objectives.

Campaign Management

  • Design, launch, and manage advertising campaigns on TikTok, ensuring they meet specified goals and budgets.
  • Health and Beauty trends management

Business Development & Growth

  • Continuously evaluate sales data and consumer behavior on the TikTok Shop platform to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Support business decisions by providing actionable insights based on campaign performance, directly contributing to the growth and success of our fragrance brands.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience (1 year) in managing TikTok Shop campaigns and utilizing TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of social media advertising strategies and e-commerce best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret trends and data effectively.
