Key Responsibilities
Monetization Strategy
- Develop and execute effective monetization strategies to maximize revenue for our TikTok Shop marketing campaigns.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) across all platforms, including TikTok Shop.
Ad Revenue Optimization
- Optimize ad placements, pricing models, and other revenue-generating factors within campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that monetization strategies align with Catwalk Malaysia's overall business objectives.
Campaign Management
- Design, launch, and manage advertising campaigns on TikTok, ensuring they meet specified goals and budgets.
- Health and Beauty trends management
Business Development & Growth
- Continuously evaluate sales data and consumer behavior on the TikTok Shop platform to identify new growth opportunities.
- Support business decisions by providing actionable insights based on campaign performance, directly contributing to the growth and success of our fragrance brands.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience (1 year) in managing TikTok Shop campaigns and utilizing TikTok Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of social media advertising strategies and e-commerce best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret trends and data effectively.

Pay: RM2,220.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
