Roles & Responsibilities :
1) You need to develop excellent product knowledge to enhance customer experience and support.
2) You need to provide customer guidance to address the concerns raised, both on the deliveries and other issues.
3)Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the allocated time.
4)Adhere to the quality process set to ensure that you are providing accurate and timely service to the customers.
5) You will also need to do upselling. Like you need to encourage customers to purchase additional or higher-value products and services.
6) Comfortable to speak and assists both local and international customers coming from Singapore, Australia & Bermuda.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
