  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Description: We are looking for a talented and motivated Architect Part 2 with strong BIM (Building Information Modeling) capabilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent design skills, technical expertise, and experience in utilizing BIM software to enhance project delivery. You will play a key role in all project phases, from initial concept through to completion, working closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop architectural designs and detailed drawings using BIM software.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure designs are executed to the highest standards.
  • Prepare and present design proposals and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian building regulations and health and safety requirements.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with other professionals, including engineers and surveyors.

Requirements:

  • Part 2 qualification (recognized by LAM or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, ArchiCAD, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian building regulations and construction techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Creative flair and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Expected Start Date: 11/18/2024
