Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the on boarding process for new hires.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Help in the administration of HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a diploma / degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
