JOB DESCRIPTION
- To assist in general administrative works
- Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondences including filing system
- Carry out administrative duties such as filling, typing, copying, binding and scanning
- Prepare and assist with various business related documents and licensing applications as required
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Other ad hoc jobs assigned by management
REQUIREMENT :
- Possess at least SPM with 2 years experience in similar job function.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point)
- Able to start immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
