Sales Coordinator

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of our client interactions, responsible for managing relationships, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal departments. This role requires a proactive approach, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate the needs of both customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain goodwill and strong relationships with customers through regular visits and phone contacts.
• Provide accurate and timely quotations for requests for quotations (RFQs) and ensure product specifications align with our factory’s capabilities.
• Collaborate with customers and internal departments to ensure all orders meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate billing documents and payments to align with company requirements.
• Support the development of new products, including the management of customer-owned property.
• Facilitate customer feedback, complaints, inquiries, and requests, and ensure they are communicated internally to relevant departments.
• Execute marketing and sales strategies as defined by Management.
• Prepare and present reports to Management as needed.
• Uphold and support the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or higher in a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in industrial sales or a similar customer-focused role.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and strong organizational abilities.
