What Role Will You Play in Shaping CompAsia's Future?
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent from various channels, including social media, professional networks, and job boards.
- Proactively engage with potential candidates through various platforms, creating a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Promote our employer brand in the marketplace by participating in career fairs, networking events, and other outreach activities to enhance our visibility and appeal as an employer.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess their qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with the role requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, provide regular updates on the recruitment process, and offer insights to inform hiring decisions.
- Organize and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless and efficient interview process for both candidates and interviewers.
- Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and address any concerns to ensure a positive candidate experience and successful hire.
- Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and prepared to start their journey with us.
- Stay informed about trends and developments in the labor market, industry standards, and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve our recruitment strategies.
- Utilize recruitment metrics and data analysis to assess the effectiveness of sourcing channels, recruitment processes, and to make informed decisions that improve recruitment outcomes.

- Experience in technology hiring is a plus.
