Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for Management Association roles, Retail Association and Head-office roles.
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic university partners and other talent pipelines to attract high-quality candidates.
- Enhance candidate experience throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive impression of the company.
- Assist in the planning and execution of HR projects, including employer branding initiatives, career fairs and campus visitations.
- Provide administrative support for HR operations, including documentation, reporting, and maintaining HR records.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for HR leadership and other stakeholders.
- Assist the HR team with administrative tasks related to employee onboarding, benefits, and compliance.
- Any additional ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree with CGPA > 2.80.
- Preferably at least 3 years’ experience in the HR field especially regarding Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and, Employee Relations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Pleasant personality, service minded, good communication and high interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
