Finance and Accounting Executive (Credit Control)

You'll make a difference by:

• Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of company debtors & ensuring timely payment of debts;
• Negotiating re-payment plans & following up payments as needed;
• Responding to relevant client enquiries, processing and reconciliation of invoices;
• Checking and posting of receipts to accounting systems & prepare statement of account to customer on timely basic;
• Monitoring billing status & e-invoicing submission status for AR team;
• Prepare debts collection report on timely basic;

Your success is grounded in:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively with customers & work closely with team;
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications;
• A team player with the ability to work independently and under pressure & fast paced environment to meet the deadline;
• Can communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin and other local dialects are an added advantage.
