To have superior knowledge and be also execute efficiently the sequence of AV and Banquet requirement setup for all events.

To provide AV support to events in an unobtrusive and professional manner.
To be able to handle banquet operation and setting arrangement.
To handle and resolve all related guest concern and inform management immediately.

To inspect all AV equipment of the function spaces and action accordingly.
To check and ensure that all audio-visual equipment is properly set, and the overall condition of the AV facilities is defect free.
To be vigilant throughout events and ensure efficient service throughout the event anticipating every guest needs.
To ascertain a guest’s satisfaction and handle any problem which may arise informing a manager of the problem and how it was resolve.
The ability to service all needs for any function.
The ability to move AV equipment.
To organize the event spaces and the area surrounding it when needed.
To perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management.
