- Handle full set of account including GL, AP, AR and generate relevant reports.
- Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system.
- Liaise with auditor and tax agent.
- Involve in day-to-day accounting operations including invoices, payments, cash book, monthly bank reconciliation and other admin works.
- Involve in HR works including pay-slip, submission of EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB.
- Diploma in LCCI
- Knowledge in handle full set of account.
- At least 1 to 2 years of working experiences in the related field.
- Knowledge of financial and accounting procedure.
- Preferred language(s) : Mandarin and English.
- Knowledge in using SQL financial accounting system will be an added advantage.
- Computer literate and competent in Microsoft Office.
- Mature, able to work independently and self-motivated.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice period.
