Required Qualifications

  • 7-10 years HR related experience with at least 4+ years of experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central Module and SAP HCM
  • Having played the role of module lead in multiple End to End Implementation projects
  • Expertise in related SAP HCM / SuccessFactors and related business processes including integration related modules SAP HCM, Employee Central
  • Proven knowledge and expertise in practical application of SAP SuccessFactors through multiple implementation of Employee Central solutions
  • Last 4 projects should be EC implementation and 4 Support Projects
  • Experience on EC functionalities like Global assignment, International Transfer, position management etc. are necessary
  • EC Time off implementation project experience is required
  • Valid EC Certification is mandatory
  • Experience on LMS module or any other module is preferred
  • Good knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration capabilities and ability to automate using out of the box features
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors best practices and coding standards
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors administration, release management, and deployment expertise across various tools
  • Ability to analyze complex systems as well as troubleshoot and isolate system issues
  • Experience with SuccessFactors EC to SAP HCM Data Replications
  • BA/BS degree (or compelling related work experience)
  • Excellent English language, oral and written communication skills
