Fully in charge of Inventory Management (Spare Parts) which includes the following: -
- Maintain up-to-date records of all stock movements to ensure that optimum stock levels are maintained.
- Carry out stock checks to ensure that adequate supplies are maintained and physical and stock record are tallied.
- Reorder stock as required to ensure that the optimum levels of stock are maintained.
- Receive replacement stocks; ensure that these are correct in terms of number and specification.
- Maintain a tidy, safe and efficient stores environment.
- Prepare relevant reports
- Any ad hoc duties and tasks assigned by the Company
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Automotive/Mechanical), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. However, fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of automotive spare parts is an added advantage.
- Possess a valid class (D) driving license and own transport.
- Willing to work on weekends (Sat & Sun) and during Public Holidays.
