- Oversee the management of General Ledger, Account Payable, Account Receivable and financial statements.
- Ensure the timely preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
- Review and verify the accuracy of journal entries, adjustments, and reconciliations.
- Track cash flow and provide support in budgeting and financial decision-making.
- Collaborate with auditors and manage additional financial tasks as needed.
- Assign tasks effectively to ensure efficient team performance.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA, or equivalent) is preferred but not mandatory.
- 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Knowledge in accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in managing a full set of accounts and overseeing month-end/year-end closings.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) is preferred for interacting with Chinese-speaking clients/partners.
