  • Oversee the management of General Ledger, Account Payable, Account Receivable and financial statements.
  • Ensure the timely preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
  • Review and verify the accuracy of journal entries, adjustments, and reconciliations.
  • Track cash flow and provide support in budgeting and financial decision-making.
  • Collaborate with auditors and manage additional financial tasks as needed.
  • Assign tasks effectively to ensure efficient team performance.
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA, or equivalent) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Knowledge in accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in managing a full set of accounts and overseeing month-end/year-end closings.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) is preferred for interacting with Chinese-speaking clients/partners.
