Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize adoption of the change initiatives.
- Responsible for planning, anticipating and minimize resistant behaviors from employees and stakeholders who are impacted by the changes to be roll-out. Including identifying and coordinating activities to build and/or increase change readiness.
- Assessing stakeholders and planning engagements.
- Create and implement communication plans.
- Drive faster adoption, proficiency with the changes that impact employees who must carry out the changes in their daily work.
- Monitor and control all change management activities.
- Partners with leadership to co-create plans that engages the right audiences at the right times during changes, e.g., new branch operating model.
- Manages all aspects of delivery, cascading messages to target audiences (e.g., invitation to participate as initiative team members.
- Crafts the transformation narratives, and leverages design services for branding and creative production.
- Role-models the new behaviors
- Engages team with a compelling narrative, and mobilizes a network of change agents
- Support project managers, workstream owners and leads to integrate change management activities with their project plans.
- Works closely with Senior Management, Talent and across the organization to support the change management to succeed
- Willing to travel (to branches)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in business, business administration, commerce, change management or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in change management, communications and employee engagement
- Proven success in leading comms strategies and resourcing during organizational transformations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting clear, compelling messaging.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt strategies based on the unique needs of the business.
