Working cross-functionally to ensure efficient execution, holding regular meetings and feedback sessions with the sales team, customers, transportation, and warehouse team to meet customer expectations.
Undertaking any other duties deemed necessary by the management.
Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails.
Communicate with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads.
Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
Explaining and demonstrating product and service features.
Staying informed about competing products.
Upselling products.

We are currently looking to hire a Medical / Industrial / Pharmacy Sales Executive to be based in : Klang Valley / Pulau Pinang / Kedah / Johor.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or any higher education certificate in Business / Marketing or equivalent.
Min. 1-3 years of experience in a similar industry, especially in sales, marketing, business development related work.
Required language: Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficiency in MS office (MS Words, Excel, Power Point, etc).
Meticulous, details to attention and able to be hands-on.
Good analytical & communication skills.
Willing to travel when required by the company.
