Job Description
- Responsible for managing and administration of company Payroll and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly payroll activities
- Maintain employee’s information and payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating and inputting data.
- Manage certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate such as employee attendance, leave record, overtime, allowances, claims and statutory
- Identify, investigate and resolve discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records
- Adhere to payroll policies, procedures and complies with relevant legal requirement
- Assist in HR administration task such as registration of group insurance, processing payment, claims, update staff movement, confirmation, uniform inventory, etc.
- Undertake any other tasks and responsibilities assigned by superior and/or management as and when required from time to time
Role Requirements
- Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or equivalent
- Experience in using HRMS Payroll and attendance system will be an added advantage
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel, such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Table
- Preferably with experience in related field
- Knowledgeable of Malaysia labour regulations is added advantage
- Possess own transport
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Willing to work in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
