- Process new employees
- Process attendance report
- Employee Probation & Confirmation
- Conduct Onboarding of new employees
- Upkeep of Employee Personal File
- Manage Leave Balance
- Perform HR Administrative Tasks
- Partake in Health, Safety & Environment activities
- Support Payroll process
2) HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATION
- Assist the Admin Department with the purchases of office supplies, business cards, etc.
- Assist in the coordination of official events
- Perform Ad hoc related tasks
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration
Familiar with HR2000 payroll system
Read, write, and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Multitasking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Able to work under pressure / remain calm under stressful circumstances, and critical thinking during difficult situations.
