1) TALENT MANAGEMENT

  • Process new employees
  • Process attendance report
  • Employee Probation & Confirmation
  • Conduct Onboarding of new employees
  • Upkeep of Employee Personal File
  • Manage Leave Balance
  • Perform HR Administrative Tasks
  • Partake in Health, Safety & Environment activities
  • Support Payroll process

2) HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATION

  • Assist the Admin Department with the purchases of office supplies, business cards, etc.
  • Assist in the coordination of official events
  • Perform Ad hoc related tasks

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration

Familiar with HR2000 payroll system

Read, write, and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Multitasking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Able to work under pressure / remain calm under stressful circumstances, and critical thinking during difficult situations.
