Job Description

• Teach postgraduate courses.
• Supervise student thesis.
• Provide feedback to students on their learning through student consultations.
• Conduct research in areas as per discussion with Dean/ Head of Department.
• Publish papers and present papers at local and international conferences.
• Other duties within the Department and University as required.

Job Requirements

• Candidates with PhD or Master’s Degree in Business Analytics or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in tertiary education.
• Experience as a programme leader, supervisor of postgraduate students and internal examiner.
• A strong knowledge of the subject area combined with a broad subject background enabling contributions to teaching programme.
• Evidence of outstanding record of research publications in highly referred international journal publishers.
• Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with students and staff from a diverse range of backgrounds.
• Able to undertake duties at different University campuses as required.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
