About the team In this role, the aims is to drive and lead and grow the TikTok Shop Creator team. You will formulate budget plans, transform goals into executable plans and formulate creator growth and merchandise strategy for the creators team. You will also responsible in driving the creator live-streaming business for TikTok Shop and growing the creator management team. Responsibilities: - Responsible for the formulation of the overall user KOL business operation strategy, responsible for the growth and conversion of KOL Business. - Responsible for the cost budget and profit indicators of the overall business of the influencer, cooperate with the business team through influencer policy management, establishment of effective cost budgeting mechanism, influencer profit strategy, etc and to improve the P&L of the overall business of the influencer; - Responsible for the growth of affiliate merchandize products, including improving the scale and efficiency of the affiliate merchandize. - Collaborate with business parties, products and other related XFN team to improve the overall sales conversion efficiency. - Integrate market analysis and industry trends, conduct thorough user research and opportunity exploration, formulate strategic plans, and propel the expansion of our target user base Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor degree or above. - 5+ years of relevant experience in E-commerce or operations in a technology company. - Experience with project management and independently responsible for core business metrics. - Strategic and logical thinker, with effective planning, analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Big picture thinking, structured, organized, and experienced in managing projects on different scales (planning, root cause identification, risk mitigation, and process optimization) - Adaptable, fast learner, highly motivated, and versatile player with some exposure to ops and commercial Preferred Qualifications - Excellent Numerical, Analytical, Critical, & Strategic thinking skills. - Detect and solve problems through the use of quantitative & qualitative data; - Direct eCommerce experience - Familiar with the creator/influencer industry
