Account Receivables
1. Invoice Processing: Prepare and send invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Payment Processing: Record and apply customer payments, including checks, electronic transfers, and credit card payments.
3. Account Reconciliation: Reconcile customer accounts, ensuring that balances match and any discrepancies are resolved.
Account Payables
1. Invoice Processing: Review and verify vendor invoices for accuracy, ensuring they match purchase orders and receipts.
2. Payment Processing: Prepare and initiate payments to vendors, including checks, electronic transfers, and other payment methods.
3. Account Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor statements and accounts payable balances, resolving any discrepancies.
Requirement
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Good communications & interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge on financial journal entries
- Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn
