Position: Intern Finance/Accounting
Location: One South, opposite MRT station near Sungai Besi toll
Department: Depending on Placement
Reports to: Department Manager / Supervisor

Role Overview:
As a Finance/Accounts Intern at Godeco Services Sdn Bhd, you will gain hands-on experience in managing financial operations within a dynamic design and build company. This internship program provides an opportunity to work closely with the finance team, gaining insight into financial planning, budgeting, and accounting practices in the construction and design industry. Interns will assist with daily finance tasks, support in preparing financial documents, and help ensure smooth financial operations across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance/Accounts Intern:
- Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Support the finance team in managing accounts payable and receivable, including tracking and recording expenses.
- Participate in preparing budgets, financial reports, and cost analyses for projects.
- Help monitor cash flow and assist in maintaining accurate financial records.
- Conduct research on industry trends to assist with financial planning and forecasting.
- Support in auditing and compliance tasks to ensure adherence to company financial policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to track project expenses, budget adherence, and financial reporting requirements.
- Assist in organizing and managing financial documentation and databases.
- Ad-hoc task
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a diploma, degree, or equivalent program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Basic understanding in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an aptitude for numbers.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month
