Responsibilities Administrative Management:  Supervise and lead of Administrative Assistants.  Through administrative workflows, to assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and offer ongoing training and support  Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks for all group companies.  Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and procedures.  Manage office supplies and equipment inventory. Company Standardization Document Control:  Develop, maintain, and ensure the accuracy and ISO compliance of all documentation across the group of companies.  Implement a document control system for managing document creation, revision, approval, and distribution.  Conduct periodic reviews of ISO documentation to ensure continued effectiveness. Internal Audit Support:  Assist with internal audit planning and execution across the group of companies.  Gather and prepare relevant documentation for internal audits.  Conduct internal audit and track audit findings and corrective actions.  Prepare reports summarizing audit results and recommendations. General Administrative Tasks:  Provide administrative support to management for contract documentation  Evaluation of supplier proposals for office supplies, including pricing, terms, and service offerings  Perform other administrative duties as assigned Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory administrative role.
