Retail Supervisor

HAG STORE SDN. BHD. is Recruiting! The Retail Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role involves mentoring team members, monitoring sales performance, and implementing merchandising strategies to maximize sales and enhance the customer experience. Vacancy Location - HAG SOLAR & LIGHTING, LAWAS BRANCH - HAG SOLAR & LIGHTING, BEAUFORT BRANCH - HAG SOLAR & LIGHTING, KENINGAU BRANCH - HAG SOLAR & LIGHTING, PAPAR BRANCH - HAG SOLAR & LIGHTING, KOLOMBONG BRANCH - HAG SOLAR & LIGHTING, PUTATAN BRANCH Responsibility - Lead team members to achieve monthly sales targets. - Oversee & motivate staff: Help retail sales staff achieve sales targets. - Communicate with the team: Responsible for all staff-related issues. - Maintain inventory: Ensure there is no deficit in stock and report any discrepancies, problems and recommendations to the Management. - Update customer requirements/report to the Management. Requirement - 2 years of experience in related fields is preferred. - Excellent communication skills & ability to motivate team members. - Strong leadership skills. - Strong work ethic with excellent time management. - Having a friendly and engaging personality, delivering a high standard of customer service. - Confidence to actively introduce products to customers and drive to achieve sales targets.
